End-User License Agreement — FCC (Finance Command Center)

Last updated: May 18, 2026

1. Overview. FCC ("the Software") is a private, local-first financial-management application operated by its owner ("the User") to consolidate and analyze the User's own household and business financial information.

2. License. The Software is made available solely to the User, for personal and internal business use. It is not sold, sublicensed, or distributed to any third party.

3. Local operation and data. The Software runs entirely on the User's own computer and stores all information locally, in an encrypted volume the User controls. It reads connected account and accounting data on a read-only basis. The Software does not transmit the User's financial information to any third party; outbound connections are limited to retrieving public market prices and to the authorized, read-only account connections the User configures.

4. No financial, tax, or legal advice. The Software produces analyses, proposals, and scores for the User's consideration only. These are informational and are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The User is solely responsible for all financial decisions.

5. No warranty. The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of results.

6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the User assumes all risk arising from use of the Software, and its author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

7. Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
