This site describes Heritage Homes' custom home-building services in the eastern Twin Cities. Its content, including pricing, timelines, and availability, is informational and subject to change without notice. Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding agreement to build; that happens through a separate, signed construction contract.

SMS Terms

By checking the text-message consent box on one of our forms and submitting your phone number, you opt in to Heritage Homes LLC's text-message program. Under this program, we send you messages related to the inquiry you submitted: an acknowledgment that we received your message, and follow-up from our team.

• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
